Blue Sky Travel is associated with the largest consolidator in USA, which negotiates with the airlines on a global basis. They negotiate better airfare deals than other travel retailers and in turn we can offer you the advantage of these discounts. As part of this lowest airfare commitment Blue Sky Travel guarantees to beat any current airfare on the same day.
Can I book any airline?
We currently have access to more than 500 airlines worldwide. There are a few airlines that we do not currently sell through our site, such as Ryanair, EasyJet, Southwest Airlines and a few smaller carriers. This list does change and will be updated as those changes occur. If you wish to book with these airlines please contact the consultant.
When do I pay for my flights?
Your consultant will advise final payment details at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stipulated, payment for both international and domestic bookings is required immediately upon confirmation, or within 3 days depending on the fare type - again your consultant will advise you of these details.
How do I pay for my flights?
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or cheque. Your consultant will advise you of which payment method is appropriate and the process involved. Credit card conditions may apply.
How private are my personal details?
Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. We will not share your information outside of Flight Centre without your authority to do so.
When will my credit card be debited?
For most bookings, the debit takes place at time of booking. Please ask your consultant if unsure.
How do I amend a booking?
To amend or cancel a booking please email your consultant or call them on 770-814-2017. Please note: Some airfares are non-refundable and/or non changeable and/or airline charges /cancellation fees may apply. Please ask your consultant at time of booking.
What if I need to cancel my booking? How do I obtain a refund?
Important please note: Airline charges and cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare or travel arrangements and as such refunds will only be provided by the airline or travel supplier in accordance with these terms and conditions. To apply for a refund please return your unused airline ticket and travel documents together with a covering letter to your consultant. Airline refunds may take up to 12 weeks.
Should I reconfirm my flights?
All onward and return flights must be reconfirmed with the relevant airlines at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of that leg of the journey unless specifically informed otherwise by that airline. Travelcoast Limited accepts no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with rules set by that particular airline. Travelcoast Limited also takes no responsibility for any flight rescheduling en route.
What happens if my flight time changes?
In the unusual event of your flight being subject to change by the airline, we will contact you.

Questions about infants in laps / child ages /student tickets, etc.
Airline child fares apply from 2 - 11 years inclusive on scheduled flights, or 15 on charter flights. Children under 2 are classed as infants. Infant tickets on long-haul flights are subject to a charge of 10% of the published fare, and do not pay tax. On domestic flights infants are subject to a small fee, depending on the route.
